With the levelling system in Phasmophobia you end at a point where levelling becomes a HUGE hassle especially when you're playing professional and below difficulties. This change is meant to address that by requiring less XP in order to reach the upper levels.

Personally I agree with it, but there are some downsides that need to be looked at when compared to the other changes.
