This was one of the first games I played on the Spectrum. Just after I got it back in 82 my Dad got a 90 minute cassette tape off one of his mates who was a techy at a local polytechnic which must have had dozens of copied games on it. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of half those games although browsing through all the early 16K games on WOS I'm seeing a lot of very familiar looking titles which you'll be seeing on youtube sometime soon.

Spectres was a Pacman clone although I reckon this game is probably more fun. It's Pacman in reverse in that you have to lay down the dots rather than eating them. The plot for whats it's worth is that you are an electrician who has to put all the lightbulbs into the house to scare off the ghosts. The power pills are generators that you can use but they burn out all the bulbs you have already laid down.
