This is a classic 16K spectrum game in my book. It's a copy of Scramble where you just have to stay alive as you traverse the caverns in your spaceship.

I loved this game back when I only had a 16K Spectrum, possibly because it was one of the few games I could ever actually finish back then. I seem to remember playing it through hitting every target a few times but that's probably wishful thinking. Playing it through now, it's fair to say it's lost its edge and Penetrator is a better game but it's still one of the best 16K releases.
