Speed Level Design - Cave Temple | First Section | UE4 | Timelapse
The concept for this project is to create a Cave Temple that takes inspiration from Skyrim and The Witcher games. Looking at different environments from each game I started to compile a foundation of how I wanted the level to appear for the final design, whilst this will change through experimentation and implementation I will keep to a similar design from the original idea concept. Using a level schematic plan that I created I started the design process by splitting the plan into different sections, once I outlined each section I began to the build the level. The design process I undertook was to create a basic outline of one section and once it was completed I would start to build in the detail.
I will work on the next section of the cave once I have the time and after I have completed some of the other projects I have in mind.
