Completing this mission with the fastest time is very tricky: Before the truck completely unloads on the train, the crate is within the truck. If you destroy either truck or train while unloading, no crate is found. The crate will only be transferred to the train after the unloading process is complete, so perfect timing is needed to kill the train car just after unloading!
