Turning the hidden SCROLL option On allows you to raise the stack even while panels are popping or garbage is transforming. If you've played GBA Puzzle League or Planet Puzzle League, you may know this feature as "Exploding Lift." More panels on screen means more opportunities for bigger chains so having Scroll On usually leads to faster runs. Since the option is hidden, runs with it enabled are placed in a separate category.

I THINK I'm going to be working on this for a while, but if these runs are any indication, I may not be on this as long as I anticipated.
