Judging by the title, and indeed the gameplay (or whatever button mashing can be salvaged from this), this appears to be an unofficial sequel of sorts (or more than likely shameless rip-off) to Donkey Kong, developed for the Atari 2600 but then swiftly cancelled before release.

Oh how I do wonder why...

Potential lawsuit from Nintendo?
