Strangely, maps from Unreal Developer Network that are created for Unreal Engine 2 Runtime work fine in Spider Man 2. The game doesn't freeze when you open Pause and "Status" menu. But maps that are created for 2226 builds in general (and other ue2 versions) freeze the game when you bring pause/tab menu. And if you create your own map in UE2 runtime and run it in Spider Man 2 it will also freeze.
Gotta investigate why this happens.
Also, apparently they have more maps for UE2 runtime (like that teleport map). But there is no links for them, you can get them only through wayback machine (on completely different website), or url guessing.
