Spider-Man Web of Shadows is probably the best PC Spider-Man game available. Its graphics however have slightly aged. Therefore there is a graphics mod that greatly bumps the visuals to 2021 standards. You can get it here:    • Spider Man Web of Shadows Revive Grap...

Sadly it has its flaws. It doesn't look as good as advertised (not exactly sure why that is). One of the Reshade shaders breaks the sky (which is why the normal high resolution sky looks pixelated and is devided at some point) and it doesn't look as sharp as in the video. But it still looks great. Sadly the engine, when your PC can't keep up 60 FPS using the mod, sets the game to 30 FPS automatically. But it's still very playable as it's a steady 30 FPS.
