298The Spider SDR-5K used to be a monster with its 50% energy cooldown quirk. Sadly the quirk has been reduced quite a lot but the Mech and the playstyle is still really fun.
You take a single Large Pulse Laser in the center torso for mid-range poking and 4 Machine Guns as the finisher weapons. This might not seem that dangerous but the damage you will add up over time is really high. Just take your time and try to get into a good harrassment position. Once your enemies components are open you can then dash forward and secure the kills ith your Machine Guns.
An alternative build could be an XL235 which opens up another 0.5 ton for third jump jet. With that and the skills you can really swing around the map like Spiderman.
