This footage was directly captured from a softmodded Xbox using a modified Xbox 360 component cable. So the chain is: Xbox - OSSC - Magewell Pro Capture HDMI.

The PAL Xbox is limited to outputting an interlaced video signal. Using an RGB scart cable the resolution is 576i. It's not possible to display 480p/720p etc on a PAL Xbox.

Softmodding the Xbox allows a component cable to then be used which gives a much cleaner image. I'm really not sure why MS disabled HD resolutions for PAL consoles.

AV video mode is terrible.
RGB Scart is OK but it's slightly blurry due to the interlacing.
Component at 480p is by far the best.

Sorry for the poor gameplay, I'm using a 3rd party joypad which is extremely unresponsive. At a later date I'll perform a padhack and then connect it to the Blast City in order to play it properly.
