Testing out full screen mode with 640x480 resolution at a ppc-frequency of 66

A few stutters when loading occurs or certain effects are on screen but it is more than playable, even at higher resolution the frame drop isn’t overly dramatic.

At lower ppc-frequency the game can reach high 50’s but it is much more noticeable, where the frames can drop in half due to effects or loading.
