This Statue Climb + Spirit BK Skip uses only the sword and shield. It was made possible when NachosLikely discovered a viable setup for Homerfunky's clip without hover boots in the statue's neck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vu8XiTp4Uuc

The first part of the setup to get from the arm to the shoulder is taken from Bakeneko's setup here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGr5byNZSaI

--Arm to Shoulder--
1) Target the wall and sidehop sideroll left until the camera does not shake during the sideroll
2) Turn left, sidehop right sideroll and retarget
3) 1 ESS right, slash+shield
4) 3 ESS right, put away sword
5) Backwalk 1 frame, then press A to roll with neutral stick on the next frame
6) Hold left for the entire jump and jumpslash on one of three frames (video got the second frame of three)
7) Keep mashing B for a second jumpslash and hold R to stick the landing

--Shoulder to Neck--
1) Get in the corner of the wall and the ledge
2) Backflip, jumpslash and hold R to stick the landing
3) Sidehop left, jumpslash, hold forward soon after and hold R to stick the landing
4) Shield scoot forward once and then sidehop left twice
5) Jumpslash on the frame shown while holding forward
6) Within 2 frames of falling, jumpslash again while holding forward and R to stick the landing

--Neck to Clip--
1) Put away sword and do 2 ESS left
2) Roll, release target and retarget on frame 5 of the roll
3) Turn down, backflip, and then backflip again on the first frame of landing
4) Backwalk through the clip until the first frame shield is visible through the wall
5) Release the analog stick and hold R to stop moving

--BK skip--
1) C-up to get the camera off the targetable gate. Cancel and quickly turn 90 degrees left
2) ESS clockwise almost 360 degrees until angle 0x8EFF. Target at this angle.
3) While holding target, start holding ESS right to enter a shuffle (the slope prevents you from walking)
4) While holding target, hold down for one frame, then right for two frames, then up+A for a forward sidehop
5) Jumpslash and hold forward the frame shown, which is also the second frame after Link gasps (gasp, nothing, correct frame)

The video first shows the entire thing played back with a macro.

Next the video shows a view of the out of bounds section with free cam so you can see what's happening.

Next the video shows a couple of c-up angle backups if you mess up your angle setup and still have your position. Here is an explanation of those two backups:

--Backup 1--
1) C-up and look very closely at the right edge of the rupee icon on the HUD. Align it in the range shown in the following image, using the Gerudo text on the wall as a cue and noting that the video uses the far left edge of the working range. https://imgur.com/a/RqskBbR
2) When you are nearly aligned, exit and re-enter c-up again very quickly. This removes the variance of Link's head-turning animation and standardizes the alignment.
3) Complete the alignment, repeating steps 1 and 2 a couple times if you are superstitious
4) Turn straight down, and your angle is good to go for the ESS shuffle and forward sidehop.

--Backup 2--
1) C-up and look closely at the right edge of the boss door as it aligns with the C-Down button. It should align dead center or barely to the right of center on the button as shown in the video.
2) When you are nearly aligned, exit and re-enter c-up again very quickly. This removes the variance of Link's head-turning animation and standardizes the alignment.
3) Complete the alignment, repeating steps 1 and 2 a couple times if you are superstitious
4) ESS up to align Link to the camera angle, and your angle is good to go for the ESS shuffle and forward sidehop.

If you want to work on better angle setups from the position I used for the ESS shuffle, here is some information. The working range is 0x8EFF to 0x8F65 with the caveat that your facing angle must be less than or equal to the camera's preferred angle (which increases in increments of approximately 0x10) because that means youll get the correct twist direction when you twist straight down (same mechanic as left vs right siderolls). This leaves a range of 0x67 angles that work from this position, but only about half of those are working angles due to the camera's influence on twist direction.
