Bit of a rant this one. I know Nintendo are doing quite well at present with their sales of the Switch, but I look at Splatoon 2 and I see no change in their attitude towards customers. This game is as I feared... Little more than a port with a new name and a bit of graphical polish. And the lack of local multiplayer shows a laziness and complacency that concerns me for the future. Local Multiplayer on the Wii U required both the gamepad screen and a TV. This means that Nintendo would have had to do make some effort to make it work on the Switch. That fact that they couldn't be bothered tells me everything I need to know about their attitude towards their customers.
