Ahem. The (proper) Halloween festival begins to decide which DEAD monster makes the best friend of all. Will Rottytops, Sans, or Ghost-type Pokémon win?!

Kinda just realized there aren't that many nice zombie characters to be friends with...
Key Notes:
- Deep Cut and the Squid Sisters will be dressed differently to reflect the festival. (Wait, does this mean Off the Hook doesn't get the chance to dress for Halloween next year? Noooooooooo.)
- Both Splatsville and Inkopolis are decorated with Halloween decor.
- Splatsville and the lobby have exclusive Halloween music.
- Unlike in Splatoon 2, the stages here won't have Halloween decor. On the other hand, the match opening/ending jingles are Halloween-themed.
