Experiment with negative harmony.

The piece splits at measure 42, at which point it reverses. The rhythmic values reverse and the pitches turn into the negative equivalent.

The result is this bizarre stark contrast in the middle, effectively making this sound more like an experiment than a real piece. (Which it sort of is)

Sorry for the delayed upload; muse sounds was being stupid and being real buggy with the video but I fixed most of it. There are still some minor bugs but if I can fix them I will reupload this.
