This timing exercise is designed to improve your bass drum splits + runs. Each variation on my website (linked above) works on a different timing pattern or split that includes three reps. The first rep includes both parts + the remaining reps isolate one part to make it so you can simulate playing with others on a bass line. Pick one part + work through the entire exercise before switching to the other part to perfect your rhythmic interpretation.
