This is the first Elite Race in the game "Split/Second" in the first episode. I'm driving the Cobretti Pursuit, one of my favorite cars in the game.
I like the race track located on the airport, it has some cool Powerplays and overall not really any annoying parts.
I do manage to get the first place, however with the cheating AI and the overall bad driving physics it's really easy to lose.
It's one of the last few races where I'm not first. To get the best car in the game, one has to beat every level and win first place.

I bought Split/Second back in February, long after the game's release date. It's still version one and one of the worst ports I've seen. With my current PC I was finally able to run the game at "Very High" graphic settings without the fps dropping below 30 from time to time. Sadly it never goes over 30, because the game has an fps lock.
For some reason there no anti-aliasing except when played on very high settings, but I have to admit, it looks great.

This video was recorded at 1080p at 60fps and then downscaled to 720p. The game runs at the highest settings possible. I'm using my keyboard to drive, since there's no real support for a gamepad. Yay console ports!
