This video is about an upcoming event in Sky: children of the Light. It is called "Days of Mischief". This is the Halloween event that will bring some new paid cosmetics to the game. The Halloween event last year brought the Bat Cape and Pumpkinhead. This year, the Witch Hat and Cob-Web will be available to buy in the secret area, I believe. The cost is not yet known but it will be similar to last year, which was around $15.
You can also buy the Batcape and Pumpkinhead from last year's Halloween event, All of this will of course, cost money but you will also get 2 spells for free to try these items before making a decision.
