In this episodeSpongeBob and Patrick head to the Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom to save Sandy. They meet the Director's Assistant which is an alternate version of Pearl. They then follow the red carpet to the filming area and meet Squid Van Hammerschmidt. He then battles the Big Jelly and sees Madame Kassandra in a big bubble and tells them to bring them more cosmic jelly. SpongeBob and Patrick then see Squid Van Hammerschmidt again and kick kicking balloons for the film. SpongeBob then goes through the carpark, and then SpongeBob sees Sandy and fights her, SpongeBob is then in a dream of himself featured in the karate movie. Squid Van Hammerschmidt then wakes up SpongeBob, saying that the explosion gave him a concussion. He says that the SpongeBob in the karate movie was fantastic. He was setting up the next scene for the karate movie as SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy head back to the Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob returns to this level to get Fortune Cookies for the nurse.
