One of my livestream viewers suggested this creature - http://bit.ly/2wJBjxw - which looked to be some sort of zombie reptillian/draconic Xeno hybrid, which I thought looked pretty cool. It prompted me to make this creature here, obviously inspired by the drawing, but hopefully different enough that I can call it my own. It just felt like a nice change of theme, and a fun way to try and combine two themes.

I ended up removing the wings as they simply felt too jarring and awkward. I wanted them to be more of an addition, not the prime focus, which was why they weren't large and webbed to begin with. Since the Xeno Queen has 2 sets of arms anyway, I decided to make the wings as a deformed set of arms with a lot of torn skin and webbing, as if this was a faulty/unstable bio-engineered hybrid.

I plan on doing the Xeno/Neo T-Rex hybrids in the future. I was hesitant at first as I don't feel comfortable using other artists' original artworks, but I think I can find a way to make it work.
