Here's some effects you can use, pretty gosh darn usefull.

Oh, I should also tell you... Do NOT use the "Rain" effect, it looks like utter crap. Use the rainclouds if you want to make your planet rainy. Hold "Alt" to copy an effect (or building, or creature etc) to make more faster.
