By activating a door transition, a shot or missile will stay on screen and do damage until the transition is over, as observed by NobodyNada. So here's a miniboss that can be killed like that, first round, abusing the fact that:
1) as soon as damage is done, SpoSpo will die
2) you have access to the door, assuming you have supers

This doesn't seem to save time against super-less SSRTA, but could save time in other circumstances.
