19In this short and easy tutorial, I’ll be showing you how you can view your username on Spotify. This video can be very helpful to anyone trying to know what their account’s username is, on Spotify.
Spotify is a Swedish audio streaming and media services provider founded in 2006 by Daniel Ek. It is one of the world's largest music streaming service providers, with over 356 million monthly active users, including 158 million paying subscribers, as of March 2021.
To view your username on Spotify, follow the steps mentioned below:
First of all, download the Spotify app on your phone or on your desktop, open it, then log into your account.
After that, click on your display name and then click on ‘Profile.’
Note that, the name that you add to your account is just your display name and not your username.
So, to see it, click on your display name again, and then click on ‘Account’
You’ll then be forwarded to Spotify’s website where you can view, and make changes to your account.
Once you get there, you’ll be able to see the ‘Username’ section. Right next to it, is the random letters and numbers which is the username of your account.
Also, know that you cannot change your username on Spotify.
After following all the steps mentioned, you’ll be able to view your username on Spotify.
