- don't zoom out on scopes
- stand up as much as possible when spraying
- practice doing quick peeks and changing ur angle every spray
- also get some flick practice in to make sure u are sharp

m4 6x - just to warmup to get ready to prac (do until u feel sort of ready)
//Routine:
- m4 spraying m4 red dot (~5 mins)
- m4 holo - spray (~5 mins)
- m4 2x (~4 mins)
- m4 3x - spray until u feel ready (~4 mins)
- m4 4x - spray until u feel ready (~4 mins)
- m4 6x - (~8 mins) optional 1:(burst) to warmup horizontal recoil control - m16 red dot - spray until u feel ready (~2 mins)
- m16 holo - spray until u feel ready (~2 mins)
- m16 2x - spray until u feel ready (~2 mins)
- m16 3x - spray until u feel ready (~2 mins)
- m16 4x - spray until u feel ready (~2 mins) m16 6x - spray until u feel ready (~3 mins)
- m4 6x - spray and flick and tap on auto until u feel fully warmed up and ready to go (~5 mins)
