I wanted to try and raise some money for Mind, it is important to have the right people in place for a time when you, or your loved ones might need it.

I have decided to take on one of Mind's timed challenges and #StreamforMind.

Stream 4 hours for the 1 in 4 of us who experience a mental health problem every year

Stream 15 hours for the 1 in 15 people who attempt suicide over the course of their lifetime

Stream 24 hours for the 24 million times Mind's online information pages were visited last year.
