Mushroom Hill (not to be confused with the Sonic & Knuckles zone of the same name) made its appearance in the November/December 2010 OLDC Circuit division where it came in 2nd with a score of 5.57.
The level's reception was mixed. It was praised for its theming, but was criticized for the gameplay. Tails and Knuckles players could skip a majority of this map.
