[Strategy]
For this setup, Joshua will be crucial. Mainly because he gets to go first so that he can debuff Camille. That way, if she knocks down Vespiquen early, she won't cast Dekaja to get rid of Ember's Crit Rate buffs at the start of the battle.
From there, you also have Lloyd who helps buff both Attack and Agility so that Ember can just focus on buffing Crit Rate. You also wanna have Vespiquen buff Defense so that you won't take too much damage from her severe-damage Garuverse. Along with a Wind-based Triple Down and an Overdrive Boost, these are the only attacks she has. So make sure to prioritize debuffing with Joshua - even if it means sacrificing your Power Charge.
If you don't do this setup though, she'll be weak to Fire... even though she has Wind, which seems contradicting for how fire and wind usually work.
