I have created an another MUGEN stage. This time I wanted to create a Low-Resolution stage from an Atari 2600 game, Smurfs - Rescue in Gargamel's Castle. The Atari 2600 video game stages are still obscure in the MUGEN community, so I wanted to creat one stage from such video game.
