MUSIC USED:
All songs, unless otherwise noted, are from F-Zero X on the N64, some songs from the EXpansion version. Songs are shown in this format:

Song number (where the song played in the video): Song name (F-Zero X track where song is used).

1st Song (Character Select Screen): Car Select (basically menu music)
2nd Song (Link through Targets): Endless Challenge (Mute City)
3rd Song (Mario Bros through Platforms): Decide in the Eyes (Big Blue)
4th Song (Dreamland through Race to the Finish): Dream Chaser (Silence)
5th Song (Polygon and Master Hand): Climb Up! And Get the Last Chance! (White Land) - EXpansion version
Credits song (credits): Rainbow Road - EXpansion version

All sound effects are from F-Zero X, except for the cheering Falcon crowd, which is from Smash 64 (I needed something to fill the 2-3 second silence between 2nd place and 3rd place finishes, and this worked out best, especially considering Crovy is a Falcon main in competitive play, so it fit the runner as well).

.

This was one of the more interesting Top 4 races I created. It has the closest gap between 1st and 4th (less than 20 seconds). On top of that, until the end of Yoshi Team, all four runners were swapping positions constantly. From the end of Yoshi Team onwards, two runners broke away from the other two, but it was still an interesting race between 1st and 2nd, as well as between 3rd and 4th, with the possibility of one of the lead two runners making a mistake and being caught by one of the two trailing runners. Even until the end, it wasn't clear what the positions would be for a viewer that isn't aware of the actual positions coming into the video. I also had a little bit more fun with editing the video than I did with the other Top 4 videos I've done, as is probably evident throughout the video. Sound effects used were based on when the leader at the time reached the point the sound effect would play.

Another thing I feel I should mention is the credits section. I like to end the videos in the Top 4 on the final picture at the end, as it generally looks the best in my opinion. However, not all runners save their PBs up until that point, and in this video in particular, none of the other three did. SugarBair's run ended at the final score display, Crovy's video ended before the score display even showed, and Shadow's game crashed right after the Master Hand hit. So what I did, as I did in my other Top 4 videos, is recorded myself the credits section for their coloured Falcon (except for Shadow's, since it would be too complicated to replicate that end), and play that at the end of their runs. The reason I am bringing this up is that the final score of Crovy's "run" is not actually from Crovy's run (since his video ends right before the score is displayed), but from the casual playthrough I did to reach the final picture, which if someone was paying attention to it, would notice it is wrong. I just wanted to clarify that before people assumed anything else was happening.

This is the first top 4 video I made in over 4.5 years, which was due to having quit running the game. However, I've recently been motivated to make the videos again, and am starting with Falcon (after the conclusion of Falcon month in June). The next character will likely be Ness after the conclusion of Ness month in July.
