A fun minigame randomly presented to us by SlamJamicus on Anther's Ladder last year in the summer. We were lucky to be part of it. We had an extreme amount of fun with it. It was pleasure to experience such a unique way to play this game. We were Player 2 and Player 3 playing on the same Dolphin with 2 others online. I was Player 3.



2vs2 Rules:

All Players pick Random
Stage is Mushroom Kingdom II
Friendly Fire On

- 2 Players from each team fight in the middle, The other 2 stay waiting on the side without interference.

- If middle players touch the floor on the higher side platforms then they are eliminated and have to lose a life. After that the partner tags in to keep it going.

- Grabbing ledge from higher platform is legal so you're not eliminated from that. Birdo and the flying carpet are also legal.

- Sideline players can intervene only if anything is in their territory, such as hitting the opponent to make them get eliminated or any kind of thing to screw them up. You can also save your teammates by attacking them back to the middle when flying into elimination zone or even grab them and throw them back which is legal.

- Sideline players cannot throw projectiles into the middle, however they can use ranged grapples at the edge and similar stuff like Yoshi's tongue, Link's grappling hook or Kirby's inhale.

Stage is Hyrule Temple

- 2 players fight on the very small platform at the bottom of the stage. The other 2 stay in the grass on the left in a line waiting there turn to fight on the small platform without intervening at all.

- You are eliminated if you touch the floor on the left with the grass, Although grabbing it's ledge and any ledge in the level is legal.

- If you manage to pull of a "Reverse Hyrule Jump" (or pretty much getting to the higher upper right ledge) then you can come back to the small platform freely on the illegal floor without getting eliminated.
