I never pictured it as being stuck in a building, looking around dark corridors and being followed by those… eyes. [...] I’ve tried to get a closer look at ‘em to see how they work, but they shrink back every time I get nearby. It almost feels like I’m hallucinating or something, but everyone else sees them too, so they’ve gotta be real. [...] Anyway, that doesn’t really matter. I know the ins and outs of pretty much every machine, and this place… it’s like all of them were smashed together and blown up to the size of a building. Something made this with a purpose, but I don’t know what it is, and that freaks me out a little bit. I can’t imagine how [static] must feel right now if I’m the one getting scared. I hope we find them soon."
