I return! Sorry for the lack of uploads once again. Just had a burnout was all. Anywho though, I've decided to come back to showcase this Friday, a really cool mod for ProtoMan in SSF2! This one is really interesting. He's like if Mega Man were actually fun to play I'd lowkey want this officially. Dorien is the creator of the mod and he makes really nice and creative characters.
