* Ken e Ryu tem Hurricane Kicks rápido e vai distante.
* Ken e Ryu tem Dragon Punch mais rápido.
* Ken e Ryu faz hadoken com Hurricane.
* Dragon Punch e Tiger Uppercut tem distancia igual a o de Ken.
* Ken, Guile, Dhalsim, Deejay, Sagat tem magias com combos.
* Danos no jogo são reduzidos (Magias também).
* Cammy's tem Cannon Drill mais rápido.
* Dee Jay sempre tem 4 combos quando faz o Machine Gun Uppercut.
* É possível cancelar uma magia soltando uma outra em sequencia.
* Mexican Typhoon e mais fácil de fazer (T. Hawk).
* Rolling Crystal Flash de Vega e mais rápido e mais distante.
* Magias leves vão muito devagar (Ryu, Ken, Dhalsim, Guile, Chun-li, Sagat e Dee Jay).
* Algumas magias podem ser executadas no ar.
* Dee Jay, Ryu, Guile, Ken, Chun Li, Dhalsim, Sagat tem magias com combo.
* Não perde tempo ao soltar magias Ryu, Ken, Dhalsim, Sagat.
* Jogador 1 pode se mover ante de começar o round.
* Ryu e Ken soltam bolas rapidamente.
* Zangief pode fazer agarradas regulares, Spinning Piledriver e Suplex de qualquer lugar.

* Ken and Ryu's dragon punch are fast.
* Ken and Ryu throw there fire balls with a spinning kick.
* Ryu's Dragon Punch goes as far as Ken's Dragon Punch.
* Guile, Dhalsim, Deejay, Sagat Have Combo Fireballs.
* Cammy's Cannon Drill recovers 6 frames faster.
* Dee Jay always gets all 4 possible hits on his Machine Gun Uppercut.
* Dont have to wait for Ryu,ken,Dhalsim,sagat projectiles to come out.
* T. Hawk Easy Mexican Typhoon.
* Vega's Rolling Crystal Flash is slightly faster/farther.
* Jab projectiles go much slower for (Ryu, Ken, Dhalsim, Guile, Chun-li, Sagat and Dee Jay).
* Some special moves can be done in the air
* Dee Jay, Ryu, Guile, Ken, Chun Li, Dhalsim, Sagat have a combo fireball.
* Dont have to wait for Ryu, Ken, Dhalsim, Sagat projectiles to come out.
* Player 1 Can Move When The Fight Start.
* Ryu and Ken release there fire ball fast
* Zangief regular grabs, Spinning Piledriver and Suplex from anywhere.
* Zangief air throw (hold forward down and push the B or C button).
