The aim is to set the dummy to crouch for 1 frame. This is achieved by...
1) setting the dummy to 'recording'
2) holding down
3 ) ...and then quickly unpausing and then re-pausing the game.
Note that if you do it too quickly the dummy won't record anything. This makes it quite difficult to do.
I'm sure that there are many tricks relating to this glitch. I haven't tested it a great deal but did stumble across the guile thing. It also appears that some characters have a huge throwable hit box when facing the other way. Feel free to try stuff out and post a video response with any thing cool you come up with.
The weird looking crouch thing happens when super freeze is activated or when you go in and out of the training mode menu.
