A nine-month-old, Irish Wolfhound, Turlough Mór, is the new regimental mascot of 1st Battalion Irish Guards.

He took part in his very first official ceremony to mark St Patrick’s Day at Wellington Barracks, where he was presented with the traditional shamrock.
