With MouseSynth, you can change up your sound in several ways. As the mouse goes up or down, so does the pitch, and as it goes left or right the sound pans in that direction. With the QWERTY keys, the user can change which sound is playing, with a choice of an oscillator, a song, or several sound effects. With the ASDF keys, the user can add reverb, with "A" being the least and "F" being the most. With the number keys, the user can alter the frequency range, with 1-5 being the lower end and 6-0 being the upper end.
