This web app allows users to upload a photo of a receipt. Using tesseract.js, the receipt gets parsed by item and prices. The user has the option to input however many people are splitting the bill and then has to mark off who shared what.


Once all of that is complete and the form is submitted, users will be directed to a page that lists out all of the people splitting the bill and how much each person must pay.


The technologies used in this project were Express, React and Tesseract.js.
