I made one last run to the Levitating Silo, where I didn't see any I.P.S.F. soldiers at the Decontamination Center. I grabbed a load and had complications with mutant dogs, the weather changing and then the I.P.S.F. attacked me there. When I left for the Cordon, I had to hit the soldiers at the DC and then I was back to the Rookie Village. I made 22,798 coupons, which was just short of getting me to 1 million coupons. I sold Sidorovich a lot of excess vodka, beer and water to reach my goal. Once I did that, I took a Guide to the Slag Heap.
