I tackle this fantastic series, with intent to actually finish this time (didn't get further than the laboratory in the past). Playing on Master difficulty with the Memories of the Zone 1.2 modpack.

In part 1, I get my bearings around Cordon, then head for the Garbage, and then Agroprom to locate Strelok's hiding place. I finish the stream just before the quest to steal the Military Documents from Agroprom.
