I think I've finally done it. I've managed to make a true return to how I played this game pre-youtube. No rush for completion, no single concern about how much time is spent doing things. I've been able to do that with other games, but with stalker I still feel I've done some rushing. Only problem? I'm switching to Starfield as early as this Thursday no matter what, and as much as Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat could use a similarly slow paced run, again, before Stalker 2 (and without INEXCUSABLE AMD processor FAILURE making my high end system struggle to run games from 2008 and 2009), I don't know if there's even going to be time. There's also Phantom Liberty, which may or may not involve a v3 of Cyberpunk to fully take advantage of the new mechanics, the next Dying Light 2 story addon, who knows if there will even be time for more replays, or games I need to play that would be first time runs like all the other Resident Evil/Biohazard titles. Maybe I should keep the seasonal viewing nights, but shift every other work night into playing something. Maybe I should get a start on this before it's 5PM again.
