Stand collapses in wild weather before day two of Sri Lanka v Australia
Day two of the first Test between Sri Lanka and Australia was delayed in Galle after a storm caused the roof of a makeshift grandstand to collapse.

No spectators were in the stand at the time, with the Australian team only just arriving at the ground as it happened. Ground staff struggled to keep the outfield dry amid heavy rain and ferocious winds, using tyres and large tarpaulins to try and protect the surface.
