I'm not so used to space simulators, but since I love sci-fi, decided to try it out. I think it's a good way to get rid of the hype.
This is the first time I try this game, and as said before, not a big fan of space simulators, but this one got me by now. I love immersion in games, and this one is just awesome at it. I really loved the small details they put, like your own breath sound.
The game looks so cinematic, thanks to the Cryengine, and the gameplay seems fun, if you like this kind of games. In this test they give you a basic ship I guess, but if you look for more info, you will see many other kind of ships and features.
It's still in pre-alpha but I think I'll play this one at any time in the future. This game will have a persistent online world/universe (just like a mmo), and will be buy to play when released.
