I have a ton of games in my backlog that I've either never played or played very little. So I thought it might be fun to sample semi-random games and upload them so everyone can see how terrible I am at them!

So here we have a game called Star Fighter for the Saturn. It was developed by Krisalis and published in North America by Acclaim in 1996. Ohhhh my! I know I've failed a lot at the games I've posted so far, but I did especially bad in this one. First off, I should tell you that I'm HORRENDOUS at flying games in general, particularly the one with combat. I have the same problem with car combat games like Twisted Metal. Anyways this game was okay. The controls are a little odd (or maybe I'm just really bad), but I sorta got used to it. The framerate isn't great, but seems about right for a 3D game like this from that era. I didn't consult the manual beforehand and that was probably a bad idea because I didn't really understand the map screen. That's the main reason I flailed about on the training mission for most of the video, ha! I captured this video on a Saturn.
