I think that this game falls under public domain. Seeing that while it was made by Nintendo and Argonaut Software, it was never officially finished. However a R.O.M. Was leaked in 2002 of the game nearly finished. Talented programmers where able to not only complete the game but also translate it into English. Then more talented programmers where brought on board in order to make it run on actual S.N.E.S. Hardware. I wonder how different the "Official" version on the S.N.E.S. Mini will differ from this one. If somehow they add the multiplayer back in I will consider the "Official one" to be the better buy. Even if it's not designed to run on the actual hardware and an emulation of said hardware.
