I finish up the mission in Fichina by destroying the final base and then I battle Oikonny. I used Lucy for the battle instead of Fox or Slippy. Why? Well, like Fox, she has the lock-on technique, which makes things so much easier on an emulator. Second, she had the more health than Fox, so I used her for the job. Besides, Oikonny is pathetically easy.
