Star Ocean 2R Demo - Part 1
4Here it is, folks!!!! The demo was a nice surprise today! I do mention in my channel description that Star Ocean is a thing for me, too - and here it is, finally!
This franchise - this game specifically, the original Second Story - I played way back in 1998, 9 and u could say it made an impact. Both the original 1996 game and SO2 were remade in 2008 as PSP titles, First Departure and Second Evolution featuring fully voiced story segments among many other things. And now SO2 is getting the FULL monte treatment!
Of course this is on PC - I played Star Ocean 6 through recently and that was a banger of a game. BUT - it does not run on my computer, and I did a PS4 playthru instead. And thus it's not on youtube - SO2R uses Unity however and that runs just fine on my old-ass computer so I'll be getting the full version on PC as well - and I can continue my playthrough once the full thing comes out in November!
