On 4D, a lot of enemy groups are more dangerous than bosses, so you have to be picky about what you fight if you're planning on doing some leveling.

If you bought Fayt's Holy Sword in Airglyph, then the skeletons in Kirlsa Caverns are a good bet. They have poor MP and are weak against fire, so they'll go down in 1-2 Blazing Sword hits (1 if BS is set to strong, 2 if set to weak).

With all 3 party members in the fight, you'll get 20-30 EXP (there'll be either 2 or 3 of them per fight), or 60-90 with 3x EXP. Getting to level 10 is a breeze like this.
