Get ready to gnaw on your gamepad after witnessing dumbass A.I. actions trying to go for an infight instead of concentrating on healing/resurrection, thus laying waste on your party.
I swear, the A.I. is so motherfucking terrible...especially Miki's and Fiore's !
Oh, and additionally the Queen's got a ridiculous amount of HP to drain.

Your fighters do not attempt to evade Divine Wave's blocks pushing outwards, nor do they outrun the later appearing Sapphire Perdition (although it's pretty easy to do this): As soon as you see the tooltip pop up, stop any attacks.
For DW's blocks, simply position your character in between them.
Sapphire Perdition on the other hand seems to target your controlled unit more than often, so circle around the arena.

As with Gabe, having the majority of the party attack from afar will make a positive outcome more likely.
Also, spread out your party quickly and have Miki's and Fiore's position as wide apart as possible.
To round up the battle tips i'd suggest enabling Fiore's 'Void' spell (removing enemy buffs) to keep the queen busy with rebuffing.

She may drop the Matriarch's Resplendent Plume and a Moonstone.
