Pre-alpha demo of how items have capacitance and charge before use in Star Sonata 2.

Instead of requiring energy when you use the item, you have to "plug it in" first by equipping it, it will then smoothly draw a percentage of your total power as it charges up to full, and then once it's full, takes no additional energy and takes no additional energy to use.

Since items now have a charge rate, it effectively gives us cool-down, except here we have "warm-ups" instead. Items like PWI no longer have a separate cool-down. Once it's charged, you can use it, and you're free to switch to a faster charging warp device after using the PWI without having to wait 30 seconds to jump again.

If the total draw from all charging items plus other equipped items is greater than what you're generating from your energy and you get down to 10% of your energy bank, then everything will charge at a fraction of the normal rate and take longer to fill up.
